Are you Excited to talk to Client on the phone every day?
Are you good in Building relationships and networking?
Are you excited about cold calling and nurturing accounts enhancing business ?
Do you have experience dealing with Recruiting and Staffing Sales?
Are you local to Milford or Cincinnati?
Have you been in Business development for Staffing perms and can deal with all levels of candidates and clients ? ( HR, Hiring Managers , and Sr Mgt)
We are looking for an experienced Sales person adept in Staffing Relationships and can interact with all levels of Managers and nurture accounts .
The successful candidate will have at the minimum the following :
Excellent People skills
Networking skills
Ability and experience to interact at all levels of large clients .
Excellent Client facing skills and Presentation skills
Internet savvy
Local Contacts
Prior experience in Sales and Perm recruiting at all levels of Large Tier1 and Tier 2 service providers desired
Must be able to Multitask
Role:
Business Development in Ohio area and get new clients for Perm and Contract Staffing
Be the Client Interface for our clients in Ohio area and enhance Business in named and other accounts by on going submission of resume for various needs both IT and non IT.
Interact with all levels of Client to gather reqs, submit resumes and schedule interviews .
Understand and Translate requirements and pass to Delivery org for execution.
Liaise with delivery and Rec Coordinators for timely subs of resumes .
Bring to closure sales and take revenue targets
Able to multi task .
Participate and coordinate recruiting events in the area for Clients .
Experience required :
4-7 Yrs total experience out of which 2-3 yrs must have been in sales and recruiting and 2 yrs in acct Management
Technical degree with Mgt exp desired as well as
HR background desired although not a prerequisite .
Sales experience and com skills are key to the job .
The salary has different types of Bonus and excellent long term growth both Monetarily and career wise .
Progress will be moving to become Multi Client Partner and eventually East Coast Sales Head .
Initially you can work from home and in 2008, we will have an office at Cinicinnati or Milford Ohio in 2-3 months

We have a Team of 18 Sourcers and recruiters to support you.
Interviews will be on phone with final interviews face to face at Cincinnati Ohio...
