We are in need of 2 Recruiting Researchers for immediate hire
One will Focus on IT and other on Sales and Presales Positions
Ifyou have sourced BDM sales for ITO companies you are person w are looking for
Job Involves Named company ( Tier 1 service providers who provide ITO to End Users ) Hunts in following verticals
telecom
Govt
Hospitality
Retail
manufacturing
Energy Utilties
Life Sciences
banking (BFSI)
HighTech
We are looking for 40+ candidates to be hired in 4-6 weeks by a Tier 1 service provider
You will be adept in sourcing and lead generation on the front end of the recruiting process by developing resume profiles, identifying qualified candidates through Boolean searches, Networking, Linkedin and other methods.
The requirement is to Research and find passive candidates for Technical, Sales, Presales and HR Positions specifically for ITO and ITES companies , Banks and Mobility Applications .
You will be able to generate large vOlume results in shortest time .
Prior experience working for a PERM agency or Direct client and ability to handle multiple searches is required
Experience in finding out Names /phone numbers and contact information of candidates desired
Experience in Candidate Mining from Big 4 and Tier 1 ITO Companies is a must .
You can be located anywhere in USA, work from home and the positions are immediate and provide excellent opportunity for growth.
