Rapidly expanding permanent placement staffing organization is looking for experienced virtual recruiters to work from home. If you have full-cycle recruiting experience in the staffing industry and you re tired of earning small bonuses while your employer makes lots of money, this position is for you.
You must possess an entrepreneurial style and be a risk taker. You can work from home, set your own hours, be your own boss, and keep a majority of placement fees for yourself. This position requires someone that understands taking risks equals very high rewards. There will be no base salary or draw, however very high commissions in the 55% to 60% range will be paid on all placements made.
Your success will be totally dependent on you. Our corporate office will provide all of the back office functions, access to our online applicant tracking system, job posting &advertising resources, access to resume databases, client contracts, accounting, etc. needed. You will be responsible for developing client relationships and recruiting to fill the job orders you obtain. You will have all the help you need from our expert support team that will even feed you qualified resumes out of our extensive databases.
This is a great opportunity for experienced, full cycle recruiters with proven results. Experience in any staffing arena / industry will be considered.
