As a Supervising Appraiser, you will manage the technical and procedural performance of Staff, Independent appraisers and DRP shops. Maintain the primary responsibility to ensure proper training of all subordinates. Assists the local claims management team with production, quality goals, complaint resolution, selection and quality control of drive in locations, DRP shops and labor rate for office(s) under their supervision.
Our ideal candidate will have proven Leadership and Management Skills. Strong people skills are very essential in this position as the Supervising Appraiser will have 4-5 direct reports, will be working with outside vendors and will be communicating on a daily basis with inside staff, body shops and insureds. Organizational skills and Multi-Tasking is a must.

Strong oral and written communication skills are also necessary. 5+ years appraisal or related experience preferred. Technical or Bachelor's degree a plus. I-CAR Platinum Certificate Preferred.
This position will require you to travel up to 25% throughout the Western Region.
