Sales Representatives
The Nations leading provider of alternative funding for small and medium size businesses is seeking Sales Representatives for the Miami, Florida, region. Company is seeking qualified, self motivated candidates.
Looking for hardcore outside Sales Representatives
2+ years of Business to Business outside sales
Entrepreneurial
Desire to sell, hit the pavement
Willing to do cold calling
Knows the community and small-medium business owners
Not currently looking for entry-level
Position Information:
Salary flexible however typically $25K-30K plus commission.
The higher the salary the higher the quota! Reps do have a 90 day ramp up period.
$250 monthly allowance to use on supplies, travel, etc.
Work from home
Reps will be provided with some leads from the call center, but mainly will need to do a combination of B2B, marketing, and networking
Commissions are paid twice a month, 3% of sales and 1% residual
Quarterly bonuses
Paid of Gross: Example sell $50K in funding, company pays back $70K, rep would get 3% of $70K and 1% residual (residual may be 10 months)
74% renewal rate of customers = long term residuals (somewhat similar to insurance industry in that regard)
Requirements:
Must possess cold calling and prospecting skills
Proven networking and sales experience in a retail business environment preferred.
Must make a large volume of sales calls daily with any kind of customer
60% of customers within the restaurant industry
Other customers, automotive, dentists, vets, retail clothing, and so on
Background in selling to franchises a plus
Familiarity selling to business owners definite plus (not someone who has been in pharmaceutical sales just dropping things off)
Reps should be energetic, go getters, able to work own their own, entrepreneurs, have a strong work ethic, accountability.
