Sales Representative Northern California Highly Motivated
Sacramento, CA 95818
Hanson Aggregates, a division of Hanson North America, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative for its northern California territory. You will work from home and report to the District Sales Manager who offices in Pleasanton, California.

POSITION SUMMARY
Leverage your experience and ability to work independently to sell high-quality construction materials ready-mix concrete, cement, asphalt within northern California to help an industry leader surpass its sales goals!
OUR EXPECTATIONS - YOUR RESULTS
Generate ready-mix concrete, cement and asphalt sales revenue for the District by strengthening and growing the existing customer base.
Maintain customer relationships and secure new customer accounts by calling on customers within northern California.
Manage inventory of international cement shipments.
Consistently provide a high level of responsiveness to customer needs or questions.
Partner with the Credit Department to ensure timely and accurate customer account creation.
Effectively execute administrative duties, including creating weekly status reports detailing sales-related activities.
Proactively stay abreast of market changes and develop ways to exceed sales goals.
Represent Hanson at industry association meetings and seminars.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma.
5 years of demonstrated sales experience within a geographically expansive area.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to speak effectively before individuals and groups.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree.
5 years of demonstrated sales experience with ready-mix concrete, asphalt, and cement.
