Will be on a base salary from 12 -18 months and then transition into a 100% commission compensation plan! Car allowance and great benefits with this organization! Will allow ideal candidate to work from a home office or be based at the manufacturing plant! Must have CORRUGATED BOX MANUFACTURING experience in sales! Must be familiar with the business in IOWA from Dubuque to Monticello and other areas in IOWA! Must not require any relocation because IDEAL candidate will already be in the marketplace! Solid company! Financially strong and capable of supporting strong sales reps with the drive and initiative to be top earners! Strongly prefer 4 year degreed candidates!!
