Position Description .
How would you like FREE rent and work from home?
This person needs to be responsible for all general facility maintenance needs including all structures, garden unit equipment, ground, roadways, walks, sewers, and electrical service. Must maintain documentation on all work that is done on the unit and inspect and take corrective action on all safety and security problems. Attend all Buildings &Grounds and Board of Directors meetings. Generate written reports, documents and normal business correspondence relating to the position.
Qualifications:
Associate degree desired or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years previous experience/certification in all phases of property maintenance. Ex. Heating, electrical, building maintenance, landscaping and contractor services
Experience in working with contractors and subcontractors
Experience with planning and budgets
Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work
A valid driver s license
Pay is BOE
