Knowledge of defined contribution plans and investments
Current Series 6, 63, life licenses or willingness to get them
Minimum of 60% travel
Strong communication skills

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
Provide Enrollment and Continuing Educational support for Dallas, Texas.
Build relationships with Brokers, TPA's, and Plan Administrators.
Work independently within established framework to strengthen bonds with internal and external clients.
WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?
At The Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. The pay opportunity for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program including medical insurance, a 401K Plan, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and more. We may also provide a sign-on bonus for moving expenses. A Company car is provided. This is a work from home position.
