WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Knowledge of defined contribution plans and investments
Current Series 6, 63, life licenses or willingness to get them
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
College degree, 2-3 years experience.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
Provide Enrollment and Continuing Educational support.
Build relationships with Brokers, TPA's, and Plan Administrators.
Work independently within established framework to strengthen bonds with internal and external clients.
Minimum of 60% travel
WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?
At The Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. The pay opportunity for this position ranges from $48,000 to $52,000 and incentive compensation averaging 15,000. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program including medical insurance, a 401K Plan, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and more. A Company car is provided. This is a work from home position.
