WEALTH ADVISOR STRATEGIES specializes in recruiting Financial Advisors for National Brokerage firms, Independent Brokerage firms and Banks. Right now we are rapidly growing across the nation and are looking for people who have the ambition to work hard and succeed. No matter what work experience you have had if you want to earn commissions, consider yourself teachable and willing to learn we would be willing to consider training you in this industry. Right now there are 10 positions to fill and our ambition is to fill these spots quickly!
Openings are available for individuals who would like to establish a solid income while working at our office in Houston, TX or from YOUR HOME ANYWHERE IN THE NATION with total work schedule flexibility. You would be working under the direction of a Managing Partner and be responsible for recruiting financial advisors nationwide.
All employees are independent contractors and will be responsible to submit a signed agreement and a W-9 form prior to the start date. You will be a contractor receiving a 1099 Tax Form. You will be responsible for scheduling your own work hours as long as they are 4 hours a day corresponding with a 9am 5pm workday based on EST.
If you are a work from home contractor then you will need to have the following:
- Home Office
- Microsoft Word and Excel and Email
- Computer with high speed internet access
- Phone line with unlimited nationwide calling (i.e. Vonage or Skype)
- Headset to make your life easier by working hands free
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH TRAINING AND DIRECTION. OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO COACH AND TRAIN YOU WITH OUR PROVEN RECRUITING SYSTEM. IF YOU WILL BE DILIGENT AND TEACHABLE WE CAN HAVE YOU UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE YOU WITH PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK TO GAUGE YOUR EFFECTIVENESS.
The position is 100% commission, however, the compensation / payout on these deals makes this an opportunity worth pursuing. You will get to keep 30% of the revenue your candidates generate for the firm. Realistic income potential for this position is 30k - 150k+ per year. There is no cap to this position.
Our goal for you is that you would earn a minimum of 45k per year.
