Prof Services Consultant

The consultant can live anywhere in the US and work from home when not deployed. The job entails helping our customers implement DataPower devices in support of their SOA implementations. The job requires significant (> 50%) travel, some international. We help customers with their SOA architectures, especially in the areas of XML-aware firewalls, Web Services security standards and protocols. Knowledge of XML, and manipulating it with XSLT is required. Must have excellent communication skills to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
Experience with SOA architectures and implementations.
Experience with Network security, firewalls, WS-Security, PKI.
Experience with XML required, and XSLT strongly preferred.
Experience with BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere.
3+ years experience within the software industry.
