Position Description .
Marketing Representative
An established multi-line insurance agency (representing a well known Fortune 500 company) located in New Berlin is looking for a permanent part time marketing person. This is a long term position only. We are looking to add a mature, dynamic and goal oriented person to our professional team. This is an ideal position for someone re-entering the work force. We provide a great deal of room for professional growth while at the same time offering flexibility to maintain family life.
Minimum qualifications
High School Diploma
Solid credit rating
Ability and willingness to obtain insurance licenses (agency paid)
Preferred qualifications
Some College
Marketing background and track record
Personal characteristics
Goal and incentive driven
Able to develop and implement marketing programs
Able to work with a multitude of people and personalities
Highly organized
Able to work independently
Salary
Hourly wage plus incentives
Negotiable based on experience
Hours and days
Weekday afternoons 12 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Hours can vary between 12 noon and 8pm
Saturday mornings and work from home is a possibility as well
