Marketing Manager from Home Office

In the role of the Marketing Manager you will report directly to the CEO and will be charged with implementing a marketing plan, teacher recruitment campaign and partnerships with the national education associations. In addition, you will manage the marketing team, including recruitment specialists, graphic designers and copywriters.
Requirements:
degree in education, business, marketing or communications
at least three years experience in marketing and project management
at least three years experience supervising full-time employees including hiring, training, reviewing, advancing and terminating subordinates
at least one year experience working in a virtual environment
at least two years experience writing and implementing marketing plans
owns or is planning to purchase an IBM-compatible laptop computer (minimum 2.2 GHz and 1 GB RAM)
diverse writing skills
strong computer skills, including the internet, Excel, and Power Point
ability and desire to work from home
ability to travel throughout the United States as necessary
high speed Internet connection (DSL or cable modem)
resides in a Eastern or Central Time Zone

online marketing
working in the field of education
Base compensation is $60k with a competitive benefits package. Teachers-Teachers.com also covers Internet, phone, and travel expenses.
