Golden Mortgage, Inc., a Pennsylvania mortgage brokerage, is looking for energetic, self motivated, experienced loan officers who find their own leads. You make your own hours and work from home.
Our territory includes the Greater Philadelphia, including Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, and Delaware Counties.
Duties include:
- Pre-qualifies the borrower(s), completes the loan application, explains the loan process to the borrower(s), obtains the borrower(s) signature on the required disclosures, and collects the appropriate, supporting documentation
- Evaluates and reviews the loan application and supporting documentation
- Explains the loan programs and requirements to ensure that the borrower(s) receive the best suited loan product and superior customer service by listening attentively and responding effectively to any concerns
- Maintains the borrower s confidence by keeping the loan information confidential
College degree preferred as well as 1+ years experience. Employees are commissioned and paid W2.
