Description
As part of our Wholesale Northeast Sales Team, the Account Executive will be responsible for marketing Chase Home Equity products to the Broker community in the Northern Connecticut area, with a highly active sales call regimen. Once approved, you will solicit these lenders for residential mortgages to be closed and serviced by JPMorgan Chase. In addition, you will cross sell ancillary products, provide product and pricing training to facilitate partnership with brokers and ensure that lenders deliver quality loans. You will keep informed of trends and developments in the markets serviced as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government insured mortgages by attending sales meetings.
Requirements
Minimum of one year mortgage origination experience, wholesale experience preferred. Home Equity experience preferred.
College degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Existing loan origination volume preferred
Knowledge of the local geographical marketplace preferred
Experience with credit and loan documentation
Understanding of mortgage underwriting guidelines (conventional and FHA/VA)
Understanding of loan pricing and programs
PC skills with proficiency in MS Office required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Be self-sufficient and have excellent time management skills
Must have the ability to work independently and remotely. Must have ability to work from home.
