Job Description
Executive Director FRIDAY'S KIDS RESPITE, OREM, UTAH Seeking a self-motivated individual to lead and manage Friday's Kids Respite, a center-based program where volunteers watch children with disabilities so their parents can take a well-deserved break. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors. Applicants must possess a minimum of two years of experience in non-profit management, including specific demonstrated knowledge, experience &ability in fund development, building community partnerships, fiscal management, program development, short &long range planning, and human resource management: strong communication &interpersonal skills. Manage four employees and volunteer staff of 20 people. Proficient in MSWord, Excel, QuickBooks. Part-time position: Work from home or office, flexible, approx. 20 hrs.
