Using the highest standards of customer service, the End of Program Specialist makes outbound calls to program participants in order to collect quit status and satisfaction data.
Initiate outbound calls to individuals who have completed the program.
Conduct scientific surveys to collect quit status and satisfaction data.
Collect and enter caller specific data into database.
Occasionally taking inbound Quit Line calls as necessary.
Bachelors' Degree preferred
Experience in an outbound call center environment
Excellent customer service
Ability to work from home after training
Pay $12.50 - $13.50
