Description
Field Education Consultant needed to deliver education to newly appointed agents and support staff. New agents and staff need instruction in Allstate products, technology, and sales skills prior to gaining company binding authority.
Field Education Consultant will also assist established agents and staff with introducing new product and technology to the field. Assignments will include development of presentations, conducting web-conferences, facilitating classroom training, and delivering presentations to large groups (<100 people).
The position requires occasional, sometimes frequent overnight travel primarily in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Travel may be as long as a week. Occasionally work from home via laptop in the evening.
Qualifications .
Intermediate
Creativity to enhance classroom education and presentation materials
Must be articulate and utilize proper grammar in daily conversation and written materials.
Maintain professional appearance
Demonstrate ability to be a productive member of in a team setting
Advanced
Ability to assimulate new information quickly
Demonstrate initiative to enhance knowledge and skill levels
Presentation skills in facilitating classes and leading discussions for both small and very large groups.
Must excel in one-on-one coaching and tutoring.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
Flexibility with priorities and projects suddenly change
Initiative to persevere in pursuit of critical information and in seeing projects through to completion.
Required
Experience in presenting material to diverse groups.
Experience in composing and managing large volumes of e-mail
Experience in developing of educational materials.
Must be willing to relocate for advancement opportunities
Sales experience or sales education experience desireable
