Job description:
We are looking for Eagle Pace Data Steward Consultant for our client in NYC,NY.
Title : Eagle PACE Data Steward Consultant
Location: New York
Duration: 12 mths
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor*s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
* 0 to 3 years of IT work experience in applications programming / analysis.
* 2 years of Eagle Pace
* 2 years of Oracle experience.
* Mandatory experience with Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting for multiple Asset Managment Applications to include Eagle Pace, Eagle Star.
* IDSS, LVTS and Charles River experience preferred. Research and analysis into the root cause of problems and any downstream affects.
* Analysis of testing requirements, Test environment set up and maintenance and testing results analysis for the AM Eagle Pace environment.
* Production of metrics and reports as needed to support the Eagle Pace environment.
* Flexible to work extended hours as needed for troubleshooting, maintenance and implementation tasks
4 shifts: 7am-3:30pm / 9am-5pm /11am-7pm/6:30pm-2am
Rotate every two weeks.
Once every two months will spend two weeks on each shift.
1st couple months will be training once training ends resource will be alone on the shift. For the 6pm-2am shift after training is complete, the resource can work from home for that shift only if they prefer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Serve as liaison between the business community and the IT Application Development (AD) organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs; translate business requirements into functional specifications; must possess business domain expertise in the business unit(s) supported and understand the systems and capabilities of the IT organization.
* Assist in business process redesign and documentation, as needed for new technology initiatives; translate high level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications.
* Negotiate deliverables by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
* Provide Operational monitoring in production and non-production environments across multiple platforms
