Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:Southeast Territory coverage to include the state of Florida. Location of position to be within Florida in Wachovia office or work from home. Senior Relationship Managers participate in and coordinate the sale of Credit and Capital Markets &Corporate Finance based solutions in order to establish, expand and sustain profitable business relationships with key primary clients and highest potential prospects within Specialized Lending. They possess a broad range of competencies in all aspects of dealer relationship management. This includes extensive experience in wholesale and commercial loan underwriting as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the retail financing requirements of Marine &RV dealerships. Senior relationship managers are proficient at coordinating a Deal team's efforts to ensure the Bank maximizes cross-sell opportunities and relationship profitability. Senior Relationship Managers provide initial credit reviews and screen deals prior to sending to Risk Management. Senior Relationship Managers ensure the Bank most effectively meets client needs and interests by appropriately leading Deal Team efforts and recognizing when specialty sales officers should lead the Deal Team. Senior Relationship Managers effectively balance client needs with Wachovia's profitability and risk management guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:An individual in this position typically has at least 7-10 years experience in Dealer Finance, Business Banking, Corporate Banking or related experience in the Marine and RV industry and typically has either an MBA or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting. They have a strong knowledge of commercial and consumer underwriting practices. Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 5:fpm. This position has the flexibility to reside anywhere in Florida. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm .
