Job Description
Customer Service Telephone Operator. We will train you on the job! Provide exceptional customer service and sales support - must have excellent communication skills, very detail oriented, able to multi-task, previous experience working with the general public, prefer sales oriented, and must be computer/Internet literate. We can offer you a flexible work schedule and the ability to work from your home/office. Talks with customers by phone or over the Internet/email and completes/receives orders for various retail and wholesale products. Fills out order forms. Discuss, advise and recommend products, best suited for customer needs. May handle complaints from customers or pass to supervisor. May solicit sales of new products. May accept additional tasks to be completed when not answering phones. Provides energy, enthusiasm and follow-through to complete all tasks and projects on time. Job may continue as part-time or possibly have the opportunity to move into full time status, but is not guaranteed. *This is an exceptional opportunity for you to work from home as an employee. This is not a "home based business opportunity" and this is not telemarketing. Some training may be required at the office in Rexford, but exemptions may be made due to long distances for an exceptional candidate. Home-based employees must provide your own computer and high-speed Internet access, including a quiet environment. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively on your own.
