CorporATe Marketing Manager

CorporATe Marketing Manager:
Responsibility for the company and brand, demand creATion, and for supporting our sales channel and overall market position. This demands a focused, creATive and efficient leader, skilled AT motivATing team members and effective AT WORKing across the entire organizATion. Would be responsible for all corporATe marketing operATions, trade shows and events, brand awareness, and website and collATeral development.
The position requires a candidATe who thinks strATegically, has excellent people management skills, is innovATive and creATive, and has the ability to multi-task projects.
The position is responsible for the development and execution of an integrATed marketing plan thAT encompasses all of the corporATion s products and services on a global basis. Is accountable for results thAT directly affect corporATe performance and revenue, and for the department budget.
This role is responsible for establishing standards thAT can be applied on a worldwide basis. A view toward global programs thAT can be multipurpose to account for geographic market and cultural differences is essential.
Primary responsibilities include:
DramATically increase company awareness
Support lead generATion campaigns, including dATabase marketing initiATives, and sales
Oversee the development of technical and business marketing collATeral including corporATe brochures and promotional communicATions
Execute aggressive worldwide events program
Oversee worldwide website development efforts and global web strATegy - leverage the web as a key demand capture and creATion tool, make the web an asset with respect to nATural and subsidized search.
WORK closely with product teams and sales to define key selling propositions thAT will then translATe into all sales &marketing mATerials and client communicATions, includes product launch planning and execution.
Manage content and flow of all outbound communicATions for customers and prospects, including web sites, newsletter programs, trade shows, search, on-line advertising, print advertising, sales mATerials and customer/prospect/sales messaging.
Sales Support: WORK to provide tools, presentATions, and collATeral, arming sales with relevant informATion to help sales cycles and industry expertise.
Branding: Support brand strATegy, develop and enforce brand standards including "look and feel", logo usage, trademark and servicemark development and enforcement, and global URL strATegy.
Budget &Resource Management: Build and maintain marketing budget across product lines to ensure maximum results for financial and human capital available.
Skill/QualificATions/Experience:
The successful candidATe will be a professional capable of developing and implementing a highly proactive marketing and communicATions strATegy for the company and the global nATure of the software and services business. The individual must have a broad corporATe marketing and communicATions background, ideally in software or professional services organizATion, and an strong record of achievement as a corporATe marketing and communicATions professional.
Other requirements and qualificATions:
Minimum of 5-8 years experience and a demonstrATed track record of accomplishments in corporATe communicATions and marketing experience
Proven reputATion for establishing a unified vision and collaborATive WORK environment among diverse groups.
Ability to manage professional and support staff members effectively as well as appropriATely advise senior-level corporATe executives - demonstrATed ability to lead people and get results through others - ability to enthuse others with his/her personal dynamics.
Strong interpersonal skills, mATurity and good judgment and be capable of communicATing with a diverse range of individuals
Background in direct / multi channel marketing including on-line, direct mail, web, and print advertising.
Project management &implementATion skills - ability to establish and meet deadlines and to establish clear priorities quickly - Ability to WORK effectively under pressure and to handle a heavy WORK load.
Experienced AT relATionship-building
Problem analysis and problem resolution AT both a strATegic and functional level
Superior oral and written communicATion skills
