B2B information provider seeking experienced conference producer for a new line of audio conferences. Ideal candidates possess the following qualities:
Deadline driven, entrepreneurial and willing to work hard
Able to conduct first class accurate research

An innate ability to spot "what's hot" in constantly changing marketplaces
Comfortable producing events for a variety of industries
Quick learners who are articulate and enjoy speaking to senior-level people

Proven track record of producing high quality events with excellent content
Able to identify challenges facing various industries and create programming to assist in developing solutions
Capable of developing content that delivers practical information that attendees can take away and use immediately

Key elements and major responsibilities of the position involve:
Research and identify topics for audio conferences in various markets
Identify hot new trends and ideas
Develop an event agenda, based on your research, that contains the hot-button issues to attract the target audience
Identify and acquire expert speakers
Develop agenda for the event content
Draft marketing copy
Uncover top sponsors and marketing partners for events
Be accountable to meet quantitative goals
