Description
Business to Business Sales Account Executive
We are a recruiting agency, Increasing Revenue, Inc., and our client is seeking a high energy salesperson for a business services company in Owings Mills, MD.
Our client, a Fortune 500 company, was chosen by Fortune Magazine as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the US. The work environment is fun, energetic and there is no micromanagement.
Job Responsibilities :
Cold calling into small/medium sized companies to sell payroll services
Networking in the community
Upselling current clients
Sales reps will only have to be in the Owings Mills office twice a week.
Salespeople are also provided with everything they will need to succeed in this position including: great training, a laptop and a TREO.
Compensation :
The base salary will be between $40,000 and $44,000. The total package (base plus commission) should hit at least $65,000 the first year and should increase every year after due to residual income. The commission is uncapped.
This position offers terrific benefits which include: Health, dental and 401K.
Requirements
High level of energy
All least two years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to work as part of a team
Solid organization and follow up skills
