Business Execution Coordinator for Territory Management

Description
Sunrise Greetings, a dynamic subsidiary of Hallmark, is seeking a Business Execution Coordinator (BEC) in Windsor, CT to directly drive retail sales growth in assigned United States Postal Service (USPS) areas. If you like to work independently and travel, this is the job for you. This position will drive retails sales by consultatively helping USPS personnel merchandise and sell retail products. Additional responsibilities include: Developing relationships and reviewing retail programs with USPS district and office management. Effectively train USPS personnel at the area, district and office levels on retail products and product presentations. Assess the retail environment within USPS offices and make recommendations for improvements to increase retail sales.

This territory covers Western New York and the Albany area, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. It includes eight USPS Districts with approximately 1200 high retail revenue USPS offices. The Business Execution Coordinator has the opportunity to work from home but is required to live within the headquarter city of the USPS area they are assigned. Approximately 60%-75% of travel will be required within their assigned USPS territory. The amount of travel will be determined by the territory. Travel also includes visiting Sunrise Greetings headquarters in Bloomington, IN and Hallmark s headquarters in Kansas City, MO on an as needed basis.

Requirements
Basic qualifications will be a Bachelors degree and a minimum of three years of retail experience.

This position requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of retail management and training experience. The proven ability to work independently, be service-oriented along with strong organizational skills are a must. Candidate must currently reside in the Windsor area, relocation is not provided. Salary is from $45,000 to Low 50s.
