Position Description .
Antenatal Manager
The professional must meet the following criteria:
Certified nurse with at least (2) years of experience in maternity nursing, general with post partum or perinatal, or community health services or a combination of maternity nursing and community health services.
In addition the duties will be as described below:
To supervise, review ad score the Department of Health and Family Services Pregnancy/Family Questionnaires.
To review all client care plans and identify client goals for paraprofessionals.
To review all progress notes and advise paraprofessionals as needed.
To review all ongoing monitoring log note documentation and advise as needed.
To verify client home visitations for paraprofessionals.
To review all referrals and make sure that they are appropriate for the client.
This is a "work at home" opportunity. The assigned professional will work with the program director directly.
