Description Provide admin support to the following departments in the Denver Office: Marketing, Sales, and Account Management.
The job will include the following types of duties:
Prepares monthly sales and account management and marketing reports from data in AS400 and SIP.
Prepares and monitors invoice payment requests.
Prepares and monitors expense reports.
Coordinates and prepares all shipping via ground or Fed Ex.
Researches and creates presentations.
Prepares mailings, performs mail merges, stuffs/seals/stamps envelopes for mailings.
Plans and organizes onsite and offsite meetings including securing site, coordinating schedules, recording and distributing meeting notes, etc.
Manages marketing collateral inventory and shipments in the Denver office.
Assists with monitoring competitive advertising and press activities.
Maintains computer based documents such as forms and other controlled documentation.
Organizes and maintains all files.
Assumes other duties and directed by manager.
Handles confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism.
Performs data entry functions such as entry of leads into MS Excel, or entry of data into AS400 or SIP.
Requirements
Required Skills/Characteristics:
High level of integrity and honesty.
Strong work ethic.
College degree in process, preferably in marketing or business area.
Strong experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
Ability to learn basic design skills using Adobe or Photoshop.
Must be organized, detail oriented, efficient, and a strong communicator.
Must have customer service attitude and provide exceptional service to internal clients and where appropriate, external clients.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work with management to prioritize projects.
Must be willing to work in our office location for a set 40 hours per week that occur sometime M - F from 7am to 6pm MT. Note that work from home benefits are NOT available for this position.
