As a Wholesale Account Executive for Chase Home Lending’s prime business channel, you will be responsible for soliciting A quality, first mortgages and services from mortgage brokers, bankers, credit unions, etc. You will manage credit quality and productivity goals. You will also originate mortgages that adhere to credit standards, provide training to brokers/bankers regarding credit guidelines, compliance, procedures, etc., and seek out cross-sell opportunities. Hands on experience with automated underwriting required. This is a work at home position.
Skills
Minimum of three years of first mortgage and quality outside B2B mortgage sales experience
Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and Jumbo Guidelines and automation.
Must have proven and verfiable track record in selling mortgage products.
Requires strong local (Maryland/DC/Tyson’s Corner) broker market knowledge
Exhibits entrepreneural spirit as this is a home office opportunity
