Voice Solutions Architect possessing 8 to 10+ years leading voice initiatives for complex, global services organizations.
Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of legacy analog and TDM voice systems; KSU, PBX, ACD, VM, VRU, CTI, IVR, etc., Experience with LEC, CAP and IXC network capabilities/service offerings; NIVR, trunking, CTX, TFN, etc., Experience with the evolutionary path of TDM voice to IP in a converged network Experienced in the differences of network services between the US and International carriers Experienced with call flows within an ACD; VDNs, vectors, agent-log-in IDs, coverage path, announcements, etc., Experienced in Contact Center applications; WFM, QA, collaboration, e-mail, blended agent, work - at - home , etc., Experienced in VoIP solutions; UM, hoteling, follow-me services, SIP, etc. B.S. Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
