If you have passion and skill for technology, problem solving and providing solutions, PerceptIS has opportunities to provide support and service for clients from your home office. As a PerceptIS certified Virtual Agent, you could provide either customer service or help desk support for the hours that meet your needs. You determine the hours.
PerceptIS provides information and needs regarding the client(s), a quick-start guide for contractors, and a two-week certification series prior to going live with the client. Virtual Agents are independent contractors and operate according to our mutual Contractor Agreement.
What you need:
Light technical knowledge or technical aptitude
Excellent communication skills and attitude toward service
Ability and interest to work as independent contractor
Home office: PC with Windows XP, hi-speed internet service, and USB headset
Successfully complete PerceptIS admissions and certification process
