DESCRIPTION:
100 % Commission recruiter telecommute opportunity. Work your own hours from
your own home. Communicate with established, small but growing staffing firm
to recruit and submit your efforts for consideration by email, fax and phone.
Must have fast internet connection for database access and internet recruiting
searches and job postings. Will be placing job postings on internet sites,
seeking qualified candidates for job orders nationwide, especially in Oregon.
Pay is 20% of total commission paid by hiring firm to staffing firm. Payment
will be made once placement is successful and verified through guarantee
period. Can payroll commission to Oregon resident or pay to contractor set-up
legally as a business. Total flexibility with hours worked. Recruiter will be
assigned specific jobs to recruit for in various fields. If Recruiter works in
a specified field of specialty - staffing firm is willing to limit job
assignments within areas of specialty. Looking for a generalist - who can
cross industry fields as well as specialists within specialized fields.
Currently recruiting for Mechanical Engineer and Insurance Assistant. Staffing
Firm is willing to consider pursuing companies and job orders within areas and
location of specialty. Ideal candidate would not need any minimum number of
recruiting assignments and/or size of potential commissions. Looking for easy
to work with, professional recruiter who is looking for a flexible opportunity
to work from home. Needs ability to grow with firm and welcome additional
recruiting assignments as they become available. Direct call headhunting
experience a plus. Internet recruiting experience a plus. Internet Job
