Well established custom training organization is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer with 5-7 years of experience developing training materials. The client prefers direct hire but will consider contract for this position. You should have a BS in English, Education or related discipline. You must have a least 2 years of web-based training development and experience with web-based authoring tools and learning management systems. In this position, you will work with client Subject Matter Experts to design technical training per the Client's training standards and guidelines. This training includes (but is not limited to) Web-based training, virtual training, virtual classroom materials, face-to-face classroom materials, and learning guides. Classroom materials include (but are not limited to) instructor and student guides, visual aids and presentations, study materials, etc...No relocation assistance is available so local candidates or candidates willing to relocate themselves are preferred.
