In this role you would take inbound calls to assist customers (internal users) with the resolution of technical issues. This is a challenging position that will offer advancement opportunities to a talented candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
* Taking break/fix calls from internal users
* Providing password re-sets, updates on tickets and software support for laptops and desktops in an XP and NT environment
* Providing work - at - home support and IP agent support
* Diagnosing hardware, software, printing and network connectivity issues and offering solutions
* Troubleshooting corporate applications
* Utilizing remote control tools to assist end users as needed
* Providing accurate records of all calls
* Monitoring all open issues to ensure that business expectations are met
* Creating technical documentation for publication in Knowledge Base

Qualifications:
* 2 years experience of Help Service Desk or Desktop
* Call center experience is preferred as is a background with direct customer contact and service
* Proficiency with Windows 2000, XP, SMS, XP RDA and VPN is also preferred along with networking experience
* HP Service Desk experience is preferred
* A+ or Microsoft certification would be helpful
* Networking experience is helpful
* Bachelors degree preferred
