We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting experience.
Our Story: This Company was founded in 2005 by two senior recruiters who were tired of working for big agencies, and giving away most of their commission. Our first year has been extremely successful. We now have too much business to handle on our own, we need a successful recruiter to help us grow!
The commission plan is better than anything we have seen in the industry. You will have full access to major job boards, a top-notch Application Tracking System, and everything else you'll need to succeed! You will work as either a 1099 consultant or a W2 Full time employee.

Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience as a Technical Recruiter
Track record of outstanding performance
Proven ability to obtain leads throughout the recruiting process
Ability to source candidates by leveraging web and referral based search processes
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Previous experience working from home/telecommuting is preferred
