System Support Analyst
Company: Computer System Innovations, Inc
Description
Headquartered in Wheaton IL, Computer System Innovations, Inc. is a consulting firm selling and supporting the industry leading software package for not-for-profits, iMIS. We are a small group of focused individuals who both work individually and as a team.
We are in need of an in-house database support analyst. This person would be charged with providing end user support for the iMIS software package as well as creating and updating Crystal reports for clients. Part-time is an available option as is the ability to do some work from home.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide first level support for customers
Track existing customer issues and provide on-going feedback
Create and modify Crystal reports
Provide clear write-ups and documentation
Work with other consultants and programmers to solve complex issues
Skills and Experience:
Experience with Crystal Reports or comparable reporting application
Excellent written and verbal skills
Analytical problem solving
Experience supporting and troubleshooting database applications
Database experience is a plus (SQL Sever and/or MS Access)
