Job Description :
* Minimum 5 yrs SAP HR configuration &project lead experience (version 4.6 or above; at least 2 full life-cycle engagements), including 2 years configuring / implementing Compensation Management.
* Secondary module experience in payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance management, career management, or succession management.
* Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
* Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical.
* Solid project mgmt. skills &experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP HR application packaged solutions.
* They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Candidate Must Have :
