We are seeking an aggressive, outgoing, tenacious, confident, driven, energetic, self motivated Equipment Sales Representative. We are one of the leading distributors in the Baltimore / Washington markets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and successful in a equipmentl sales environment. You will be responsible for sales growth within an assigned geographic territory;
1. Establishing, building, and servicing daily sales routes.
2. Submitting daily and weekly lead and sales activity reports.
3. Developing and implementing sales action plans and programs.
4. Assisting in retention of all CIF residential accounts.
5. Particpating as a team member to set and achieve sales goals.
Reporting the Estimator Sales Manager, sells HVAC equipment to residential &commercial customers. Maintains current customer base and pro-actively seeks to expand the company's residential customer base.
