Requirements: At least two years of recent technology sales experience, 3-5 years outside sales experience (preferably with industry or technology experience) Professional image, work ethic and demeanor Ability to work from home with an up-to-date computer, broadband internet access and dedicated business phone Willingness to work for straight commission Responsibilities: Be the face of our client s customer centric sales model in your home market/region Prospect, cold call and develop new business relationships/customer accounts Provide consultation (such as licensing options) to customers when they purchase software and hardware products Leverage product vendor and distribution partnerships to ensure the best pricing and support for client customers Work with call centre sales and operational groups to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently Attend client training opportunities to stay on top of product and industry trends Travel: 50% on road and 50% on phones Earnings: 80% of gross profit for first year 50% of gross profit year 2 and 3 All commission based Have Quotas 1st year (investment year) 50K realistic 2nd year six figure opportunity Agents acquire any existing customers in their territories. There are commissions on renewals. Out of pocket expenses: - Set up a home office (the majority of people already have this set up but it would include a PC, phone, printer, etc) - Monthly charges such as a dedicated phone line, cell phone, high speed connection - Gas to attend customer meetings Marketing Materials The agent covers their own set up costs and SG&A expenses Marketing materials are provided and include folders, corporate brochures, business cards, slicks, direct mail pieces, catalogs, annual reports, etc. .
