Looking for part-time work? Do you want to supplement your household income? Do you want to work from home?
TalentTrack, a recruitment outsourcing organization, is rapidly expanding our business and needs to hire a skilled virtual work force that can be trained, and assigned to projects as they are launched. This virtual workforce will need to be flexible with hours, because of the timing involved in projects that are launched and completed. After training and technology set-up, you would be able to function completely from home!

A Virtual Recruiter works with both Clients and Talent to fulfill employment needs that meet and exceed expectations on an as needed basis. They monitor applicant flow, assess applicant resumes &questionnaires, and schedule/conduct telephone pre-screens. A Virtual Recruiter is required to disposition applicants according to established processes and provides full documentation within a variety of computer platforms. A Virtual Recruiter is dedicated to delivering a high level of service to our Talent and our Clients. They possess organization and time-management skills and are team players with a desire to learn and adapt as necessary. Virtual Recruiters must be energetic, outgoing and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while following established recruiting plans and compliance procedures. The recognition of the importance of timely and accurate communication in a professional manner is necessary. There may be other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Work experience requirements:
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Desktop applications
Must be proficient with Internet applications
Must be able to demonstrate an ability assess individuals/situations and make decisions
Must be able to demonstrate documentation skills
Good written communication skills (oral and written)

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
