I am looking for the ideal person to help me grow my new business so that we can BOTH be a huge success. This is a COMMISSION ONLY position with the luxury to work right from your own home. My ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a self motivated drive. Although the majority of your time will be spent at your computer and on the phone you will need to have the flexibility to meet candidates on an "as needed" basis.
