POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the administration of assigned projects, including Project Definition, Project Status reporting, Project Quality, and Project Staffing. The PM works directly with customers to establish project policies and procedures, project schedules, and project plans. The PM is responsible to assure that the project is delivered on time and on budget. The PM schedule project review meetings, writes and distributes weekly reports, administers and approves project time and expenses, and manages and approves project billing. The PM is required to work cooperatively with other organizations within TRIRIGA to accomplish project work in an efficient and quality manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple internal and external organizations in coordinating resources and schedules, and in resolving technical and other project related problems.
Must have the ability to track and analyze project related financial and performance statistics such as backlogs, utilization and revenue.
Must be capable of evaluating customer requirements, and providing business oversight of assigned projects.
Must have knowledge of TRIRIGA s platform and applications.
Must have skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Access.
Must have excellent analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and set priorities.
Strong attention to detail and timely follow through and experience in Project Management is required.
Must have experience with database information systems and web-based technologies and 5 years in a Project Management position, managing projects of at leave $1M annually.
EDUCATION
Requires a minimum of a BS degree in a technology or related field.
