IMMEDIATE NEED with this dynamic company for an Installer/Troubleshooter/Maintenance technician. Candidates will be allowed to work from home and travel to sites as required. The successful candidate must have 3+ years experience with the (IT) portion of projects involving the deployment and implementation of systems in the field. Significant experience with Microsoft SQL Servers and Microsoft Operating Systems, experience with setup and troubleshooting of routers, switches, DHCP Servers, and wireless access points including A/B/G and advanced security configuration is required. Experience with wireless surveys using RF analysis equipment, network sniffers, wireless mapping software, power meters and spectrum analyzers is preferred. Background in Healthcare related projects is a plus. Responsibilities will include, site preparation with Hospital IT staff, coordinating with manufacturer and support teams, conducting wireless site surveys, installation and configuration of server, customer training, configuration and testing. Excellent verbal and communication skills with experience in group presentations is important.
