Salary: $2-5k monthly .
As a loan origanator, you will consentrate on new purchase business as much as possible. Work within the builder community, banks, financial planners, as well as realetors for new loan applications. Splits range between 50% and 75% and are based on monthly revenue. Broker is looking to hire sales success first and foremost and industry experience would be secondary. Loan officers that re-locate to the area without an existing pipeline would be a perfect candidate because you can sell and have a reason to hit the ground running. Full medical benefits begin after 30 days. 401K plan, dental benefits, and work from home option offers a solid comp plan. .
