TITLE: Loan Coordinator
Contract position for 2 MONTHS
HOURLY PAY: 10/HR TO 17/HR
Qualifications:

Must be able to travel to the Downers Grove, IL location and work 8am to 5pm Mon thru Friday.
Mortgage background a plus (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Good data entry and 10 key skills REQUIRED
Description:

Daily functions include receiving and distributing incoming electronic applications and hard copy loan documentation; manually entering non-electronic applications into the automated system; forwarding loans run through the automated underwriting system to the appropriate Underwriter or Sr. Loan Coordinator; ordering appraisals; processing payments; and utilizing industry specific mortgage software to track and maintain mortgage applications.
This IS NOT a work at home position.
