We are looking for individuals for fulltime positions with our client who is nearing completion of a major Lawson implementation. These ARE NOT consulting positions, however you may work from home 75% of the time if desired.
Lawson Leadership
Several years ago our client made the decision to standardize technology systemwide. After an evaluation process, they selected Lawson for Materials Management, Accounts Payable, GL, Payroll and Human Resources. The MM and GL modules are live and the HR/PR installation is nearing completion. Much of the design and implementation was completed by an outside consulting firm. Now, our client is searching for permanent, full-time professionals to join the team which will be responsible for customizing, maintaining, and supporting the HR and PR systems in the future. Please review the specific needs below to determine which position is a possible match.
Lawson HRIS Analyst:
Under the guidance of the Project Architect * Human Resources, the HRIS SME focuses on the definition of requirements for the Lawson
HRIS (system-wide) by providing HR subject matter expertise. The HRIS SME has an in depth understanding of the HR and benefits modules of Lawson and can use their expertise to carry out effective workflow analysis resulting in efficient business systems design. This position will also provide leadership and direction in the E-Recruitment module of Lawson.
Lawson Payrol Analyst:
Under the guidance of the Project Architect * Payroll, the Payroll SME focuses on the definition of requirements for the Lawson Payroll (system-wide) by providing payrol subject matter expertise. The Payroll SME also has an in depth understanding of the Lawson payroll module and the effects of the benefits module on payroll, which will enable effective workflow analysis and efficient busines systems design in that area.
ERP Change Control Analyst:
Reporting to the ERP Production Support Team Leader, it is the responsibility of the ERP Change Control Administrator to lead the
technical and functional aspects of testing new Lawson individual software patches, service pack releases and version releases. This analyst will also be responsible for maintaining the ImageNow document imaging system utilized by the Accounts Payable department.
Cloverleaf/Quovadx Integration Analyst:
Under the general direction of the Director of IS Enterprise Services,the Conversion / Interface System Analyst will serve as a member of the HRIS installation team and coordinate conversions of data from legacy human resources information systems to the Lawson Human Resources product suites. This resource would also provide implementation support to the local systems for interface issues to various acute careand other human resource information system products. It will be the responsibility of the Interface/Conversion Analyst to maintain appropriate conversion / interface software change control and asociated documentation.
General Qualifications
* Experience installing and /or supporting Lawson in a multi-entity enterprise.
* Blend of qualifications including both technical and operational
knowledge
* Excellent Business sense, easy going demeanor and Strong Work Ethic
* Willingnes and capability to work remotely and travel up to 25%
* Must live in the corridor between Virginia Beach, VA and Baltimore, MD.
* Bachelor*s Degree or greater
