We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic IT Account Manager/ Business Development Manager to assist in the growth of our IT Consulting/Staffing division. We are IT Systems Integration/consulting company that provides industry specific services and solutions across technology, consulting &staffing, and outsourcing. Started early 2000 , we currently employ 120 Fulltime employees and in the process of hiring 70+ new employees for this fiscal year with a decent client base from Fortune 500 companies. We work closely with Big Staffing firms. Build new business relationships through networking, cold calling and warm leads.

Position : Account Manager/Business Development Manager :

This positing is responsible for selling and developing staffing opportunities nationwide, offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions. The Account manager is held accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business center. This position is the stepping-stone to developing relationships with local clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs. Generate IT Staffing sales leads and place IT professionals.
Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives. Partner with internal/external resources throughout the sales cycle as needed.

Requirements for Account manager:
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting field.
* At least 3 plus years of staffing sales experience, preferably selling IT/Technology staffing solutions.
* Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
* Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services.
* Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales.
* Experienced with account penetration.
* Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.
* Should have experience prospecting, cold calling and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization.
* Must be able to do cold calling to generate new clients.
* Highly motivated; results-oriented.
* Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.
* Excellent written, verbal &interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills are required in order to maintain a level of activity, which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling client meetings, pipelining qualified candidates, and generating revenue.
* Bachelor*s Degree but preference for MBA graduates.

Remuneration:
We offer base salary plus hourly commission based on performance, great work environment or work - from - home opportunities and very friendly working atmosphere.
