Supervisor Field Claims to work from home in Boston, MA

Major Duties and Functions Include:
Supervises activity of MA Field Staff and Independent Appraisers to assure compliance with state regulations and adherence to Company standards for customer service and technical quality of appraisals.
Responsible for the performance management and development of Field Appraisers.
Responds to and attempts to resolve customer complaints
Assists with oversight of Field expenses
Promotes communication and collaboration between Field and Office staff
What You Need to Succeed:
Prior Field supervisory or auto body shop management experience.
Minimum 5 years Field Appraiser experience
Must meet Company requirements to operate Co. car and have current MA appraisers license.
