These resources will work in our Dallas office for approximately 8 weeks in an effort to build team synergy. Afterwards, each consultant will work from home and communicate with the team via IM, Webex, and phone. The initial assignment is 6 months. If deliverables are met then the client will extend in 12 month increments and add 4-5 more developers after the first 6 months.

Once the team is selected and assembled locally the whole team will travel to Boston, MA and work there for 2-3 weeks to build relationships and synergy. Then return to our office in Addison for approx 8 weeks. Then continue the assignment remotely.
