We are searching for a detailed healthcare professional with strong accreditation experience to join us in this unique telecommuting role. As our Division Manager you would oversee NCQA accreditation for our nationwide organization, making a measurable impact on our corporate goals. Primary responsibilities include:
Ensuring consistent implementation of accreditation activities
Serving as a liaison between AmeriChoice and the accreditation agencies/regulators
Conducting regular quality assurance audits
Requirements
The chosen candidate must possess proven NCQA accreditation achievements, along with strong managed care experience. A clinical background is highly preferred; RNs are encouraged to apply. Medicare/Medicaid knowledge will be helpful. Computer proficiency is needed. A Bachelor's in a related field is required; Master's preferred. CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) designation is a plus.
